Edwardsville Area Senior Photo Reps Needed!

February 9, 2012

This time of year, high school juniors have plenty to think about! Like, say, prom.

After prom, its summer time baby and the summer before senior year isn’t complete without a senior photo session that makes you feel like a rock star and leaves you with so many ridiculously amazing photos that you’re forced to rotate your profile pic every 3rd day.

But before the Senior Photo madness begins, Maggie Medema Photography is looking for a limited number of Senior Photo Reps from select area high schools. So here we go folks, the call for fun, outgoing current high school juniors begins today! We’ll be presenting the information in both regular text form as well as putting the key points in graphic form for those of you used to speaking in 140 characters or less. Here we go…

We need Edwardsville Senior Photo Reps!
We need Alton Senior Photo Reps!
We need O’Fallon Senior Photo Reps!
We need Streator Senior Photo Reps!
We probably need reps at high schools we haven’t even heard of yet!

Not eligible for the program yourself? Share the details with someone who is! (Um, hello, who doesn’t want to get a text that reads, “This photographer needs models and I thought of you…”)

Senior Reps are…Currently high school juniors aka members of the Class of 2013.

Senior Reps will…Serve as a model and spokesperson for Maggie Medema Photography’s senior photo sessions. After your session, it’s as easy as showing off your favorite photos to friends and talking about how much fun you had. You’ll receive a set of Rep Cards to share with friends. They only need to reference the card at booking to earn a fab bonus for themselves and for you to receive credit for the booking. We also require that you keep one of the supplied Facebook photos as your profile photo for at least 6 weeks following your session, Like Maggie Medema Photography on Facebook, and share a link to the blog post featuring your gorgeous self when it is available. (But you’re going to want to do that anyway…)

Senior Reps Get… (Hello important part!) A free senior photo session! The session is extended up to 2.5 hours and includes unlimited outfit changes and amazing locations that suit your style. You’ll also get:
5 digital files for use on Facebook
a 20-page 4×4 leather-bound album (available in amazing colors!)
a mini accordion album

That’s a $320 value! The session does require a $100 minimum print purchase. (But again…you’re going to want to do that anyway…)

…I really wanted that graphic to say “u bet your ass I did” but I was worried people would be put off by it. Oh well… Anyway…

Senior Reps Earn…Visa gift cards for every senior you refer who books (and keeps) a session for themselves! Snag the max of 4 bookings and you’ve got a $125 Visa Gift Card coming your way. You will also earn a warm and fuzzy feeling of goodness for making sure your friends have the best senior photos they can get their hands on.

The Fine Print… Selected seniors must sign a model release and a signed contract from a parent or guardian is required. The $100 minimum print purchase is required at the time of signing. The credit will be applied to your account and available when you begin selecting prints for purchase from your gallery of proofs. Minimum purchase requirement applies to prints only, not disks or other products. Sessions must be shot no later than early May. Credit will be given for referrals for sessions that book between April 2012 and April 2013.

Here’s how to make it happen:
Email a snapshot and a paragraph or two telling me why you should be a Maggie Medema Photography photo rep! What makes you unique? Are you involved in lots of school activities? Super outgoing? Desperately in need of a $125 Visa Gift Card? Have awesome ideas in mind for your senior photos? Tell me what you’ve got, baby!

Send snapshot and info to: maggie@maggiemedemaphoto.com by March 23.

And hey, we need gals and guys, though its usually the ladies that get excited about photos. So if there’s a young gentlemen in your life, you might pass the word. His mom would probably be excited about free senior photos. And you need his mom to like you.

Our aim to select seniors from a variety of area high schools, but the number will be limited. Any high school within 45 minutes of the Edwardsville area is welcome!

Don’t want to be a rep but still want the fabulous photos? Booking for the 2012 season is under way so shoot me an email and we’ll get you on the schedule and on your way to fabulous photos.
