Sara & Nick ~ Streator Engagement Photos
Sara & Nick are getting married soooon! So exciting – I love the beginning of wedding season! (No comments on how I feel about the end of it.)
So with the big day just around the corner, we met up on a why-is-it-still-cold day and poked around their property and Nick’s grandmother’s home to get some cute, snuggly, keep-me-warm images.
On the way to meet Nick and Sara we passed a big old home that I was instantly enamored with, so you can appreciate that I peed a little when they said it was Nick’s grandmother’s home and that we could shoot at it. And IN it. I was pumped!!
I was also in love with their sweet sweet dog…and how genuine are the smiles in these doggy photos?! Love me some dog love.
This next one is my favorite…I spotted this viney thingy as we drove by and was instantly picturing this image in my head. Its kinda tree-of-life-y don’t ya think?!
So in my head, I assumed the inside was going to be bare wood floors and chipping paint and plaster (I don’t know why I assumed that!?) but to my surprise, it was more like a time capsule. So I went all weird on them and they didn’t protest…
